Meet the CEO and Founder
I’m Luciana A. Campos Baltatu, a PhD in Human Physiology, nurse, and ABA Practitioner specializing in behavioral interventions. As a member of NPEN, I’m part of a community dedicated to empowering parents with evidence-based strategies. But more than my credentials, I’m a mom of twins conceived through IVF, navigating the ups and downs of parenting just like you. That’s why I created LucyEduParent Compass—to blend science with real-life tools that help families connect and communicate better.
